Where can I find the Pilsner Urquell Experience?

The Pilsner Urquell Experience is located in the heart of Prague at 28. října 377/13, just a short walk from Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square and other major landmarks. Its central location makes it easy to include in any visit to the city.

Are children allowed in the Experience?

Yes! The Original Tour is very informative, and your children will enjoy it as well. However, we don't serve beer to anyone under the Czech legal drinking age (18+), but don't worry, two non-alcoholic beverages are available instead. Our Tapster Academy and Beer Sommelier Dinner are reserved for adults only.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Absolutely! You can purchase a 1,000 CZK general gift voucher, as well as vouchers for specific experiences such as The Original Tour, the Tapster Academy and Beer Sommelier Dinner or Lunch. Whether for a birthday, a celebration or simply to surprise someone special, a voucher from Pilsner Urquell Experience makes a memorable gift. Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially on weekends and during peak season. Advance booking helps ensure you have the best experience. However, tickets can also be purchased on-site.

Can I also get something to eat in The Experience?

Absolutely! Both our Beer Hall and outdoor terrace Výčep U Zvonu offer a wide selection of food and drinks. Whether you're looking for a hearty Czech meal, a quick bite or a delicious brunch (served at Výčep U Zvonu on Thursday-Saturday between 9:30-11:30), you'll find something to suit every taste.
