The process of a recruitment

Phone call

Upon publishing an advertisement, we collect CVs for 1–2 weeks. Then we evaluate all CVs and invite the first applicant for an interview. Brief interview over the phone and shcedule personal meeting

Personal interview

Meeting in The Original Beer Experience, introduction of our project and the position The selection procedure usually has two to three round and takes 2 to 5 weeks, depending on a specific position and the time flexibility of applicants.
